Here's the latest progress report from a client who has had severe pain in her hip when walking. She started Posture Alignment Therapy April 11, 2011.
"On Memorial Day (May 30, 2011) I walked over a mile on the beach and my hip pain was at least half less than what it has been in the past. That is wonderful! I tried to keep the same pace of walking and I really didn't have to stop at all. That 's wonderful news as far as I'm concerned. Also, my husband was telling me I am not walking like I used to. I used to walk throwing my right hip forward and he said I'm not doing that anymore." B.A. This is what happens when the load bearing joints return to their proper alignment and function and the pelvis and spine start to flex, extend, rotate, and move in/outward- the way they were originally designed. When this woman entered the clinic 6 weeks ago, her hips, pelvis and spine were extremely immobile. Today, she's out walking and moving much more freely than before. The exciting part is she's not done with the alignment process! Great job B.A.!!
